How to check the status of order fulfillment?
We will send you information about the progress of your order to your e-mail address. In addition, after logging into your account you will have access to all information about your current and already completed orders: status, content, addresses, etc.
How long will I wait for the parcel?
We send parcels within 1-2 business days from the date of payment. Shipping time depends on the country of delivery. All parcels are tracked.
Date of receipt of the parcel = 1-2 business days + delivery time
Payments by PayPal and by credit or debit card are posted immediately. The time for posting bank transfers lasts from 1 to 3 days.
How much will I pay for the parcel?
You will know the total cost of delivery of the order after adding the product to the basket and choosing the country of delivery - in the summary you will see the exact value to be paid.
How to pay for the order?
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- Klarna (expect: Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.)
Can I get an invoice for the company?
Yes. For this purpose, when placing an order in the form with your data, select the "company" option and provide the invoice details. If the shipping address is different than the invoice data, select the "other delivery address" option in the form.
The date of issuing the VAT invoice is the date of dispatch of your order. It is not possible to change this date.
I made an order wrong. How do you cancel it?

Where is my parcel?
In the e-mail you will receive the tracking number and a link to the shipment tracking page. This link and the tracking number are also visible to registered store customers, in the order details view, in the "Shipment" column.
What about the warranty?
INSAFE SEATBELT GUIDE has a 24 month warranty. It is important to keep the proof of purchase (invoice or bill) until the end of the warranty period. This is the basis for reporting complaints.
What to do if the package is damaged?
Before collecting the parcel, check that it has not been damaged during transport. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package and then contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return item ?
Yes. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
