Warranty

INSAFE Seat-Belt Guide has a 24-month warranty. If you find a defect, contact us by e-mail at insafe@insafe.store.
Note: please keep the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) until the end of the warranty period - they constitute the basis for reporting complaints.
If the adapter has been damaged or deformed as a result of forces acting on it during a traffic accident, the adapter should be excluded from use. In this case, the warranty conditions are also not applied.

 

Complaint

Before picking up a parcel, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package and then contact us by e-mail at insafe@insafe.store.

If the product proves to have manufacturing defects or is inconsistent with the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:

  1. Contact us by e-mail: insafe@insafe.store. We will give you tips on how to quickly and easily carry out a complaint.
  2. Send us a product with a written statement including a description of the reason for the complaint, a form of compensation, a return address and data necessary to return the money.
  3. Within 7 days of receiving the parcel, we will inform you by e-mail about the outcome of the complaint procedure.
  4. If the complaint is successful, within 7 working days from the date of the decision, we will send a new product or refund the money.
  5. If the complaint is not resolved positively, we will provide you with detailed justification of the decision and within 7 working days we will send back the product.

 

Right to cancel and return

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Company: Krzysztof Ociepa, Adama Bienia 8/33b, 42-208 Czestochowa, Poland, e-mail address: insafe@insafe.store of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. sent e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods (address: Krzysztof Ociepa, st. Adama Bienia 8/33b, 42-208 Czestochowa, Poland), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return for free! - For customers from: Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Estonia, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Belgium, Slovakia, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Denmark and Luxembourg.
If you wish to return the purchased item for free, please contact us: insafe@insafe.store. We will send you a label, which you just need to stick on the parcel. You don't need to pay for that!
